Our Investment Process

Systematic AI-powered stock analysis with experienced human oversight

1

Universe Definition

We maintain a focused universe of over 200 global stocks, carefully selected for their quality, growth potential, and alignment with our investment criteria. This universe spans developed and emerging markets across all sectors and includes fast growers, stalwarts, cyclicals, turnarounds, and asset plays.

2

AI-Enhanced Analysis

We analyze 25-50 stocks weekly using our 14-component framework. AI assists in processing vast datasets, ensuring consistency across evaluations, and keeping our scoring models current with the latest financial data and market developments. Each stock receives a score (1-10) across all 14 components.

3

Dynamic Weighting via Market Health Index

Component scores are dynamically weighted based on our proprietary Market Health Index (MHI), which assesses current market regime and risk/opportunity levels. The MHI ranges from -2.0 (maximum defense) to +2.0 (maximum offense), allowing our model to emphasize resilience during uncertainty or growth during expansions.

4

Disciplined Portfolio Construction

Stocks are ranked by their weighted Total Component Score. We maintain strict discipline: only stocks scoring approximately 7.4 or higher qualify for inclusion. The portfolio typically holds 25-75 of our highest-conviction positions, creating a concentrated yet diversified global equity portfolio.

5

Human Oversight & Weekly Rebalancing

While AI provides analytical power, experienced human judgment makes the final decisions. Robert and Louise meet weekly to review AI-generated scores, scrutinize rankings, debate nuances, and approve the proposed portfolio allocation before any changes are implemented. This ensures technology serves our investment philosophy rather than dictating it.
